Definition
特殊化妝品：
用于染發、燙發、祛斑美白、防曬、防脫發的化妝品以及宣稱新功效的化妝品。
普通化妝品：
特殊化妝品以外的化妝品
化妝品新原料：
在我國境內首次使用于化妝品的天然或者人工原料為化妝品新原料，具有防腐、防曬、著色、染發、祛斑美白功能的化妝品新原料，經國務院藥品監督管理部門注冊后方可使用其他化妝品新原料應當在使用前向國務院藥品監督管理部門備案

| 01 | 委托方與被委托方的委托加工協議書原件 Offer the original commission processing agreement. |
| 02 | 被委托方通過ISO或GMP等良好生產規范的證明文件。 The commissioned party should offer their company's ISO or GMP, or other good manufacturing practice documents. |
